Active Touch Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy clinic located in the Lawrence and Weston Rd area. Active Touch Physiotherapy is a provider of injury management and sports injury prevention services. We are experienced registered physiotherapists who provide one on one therapy services including injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance optimization. We offer hands-on manual therapy, functional movement evaluations, exercise prescription and injury education. At our clinic modalities such as muscle stimulation, heat and cryotherapy are only used as adjuncts when needed to create an efficient  rehabilitation program and maximize recovery.
